Robert D. Moser, Jr.,

Mr. Moser is the President of Clark Construction Group, LLC headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. American owned and operated since

1906, Clark Construction Group, LLC, is one of the nation’s most experienced and respected providers of construction services. With annual

revenue in excess of $4 billion, Clark is consistently ranked among the country’s largest general building and civil construction companies.



Mr. Moser joined Clark in 1997 as a field engineer on the Parc Somerset Condominiums project in Chevy Chase, Maryland. In the years that followed, he joined Clark’s Operations team and was responsible for tracking the performance and status of projects company-wide. As a project manager, he supported preconstruction efforts for projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region, and by 2003, as a senior project manager, he led Clark's efforts to complete over eighty construction projects and the closure of four regional offices of a bankrupt national general contractor for Firemen Fund Insurance and AIG.



In 2004, Mr. Moser assumed responsibility for Clark's cast-in-place concrete operations. Under his leadership, the company successfully

completed a number of complex concrete projects, including the Dulles International Airport East Automated People Mover, D.C. Nationals Ballpark, Department of Transportation Headquarters, and D.C. USA Mall.



From January 2007 to March 2011, Mr. Moser served as Division President, National Group, where he coordinated construction activities on a national scale for both building and civil construction, including the acquisition of work, operations, and general and administrative functions. Mr. Moser was involved with notable projects such as the 1-million square foot San Antonio Military Medical Center in San Antonio, Tex., 60-story office building at 300 N. La Salle in Chicago, Ill., and the pedestrian bridge at the San Ysidro Border Station in San Diego, Calif.



Mr. Moser holds a B.S. degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech. Additionally, he completed The Executive Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2007. As a student he was actively involved in student affairs as a residential advisor, orientation leader, president of the German Club of Virginia Tech, and the undergraduate student representative to the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors. As a supporter of Virginia Tech, he is a member of the William Preston Society and has served on both the Northern Virginia Regional Campaign Committee and German Club Alumni Foundation Board. He and his wife are also strong supporters of architecture and engineering students in the Honors Program and of students in the leadership development program in the Division of Student Affairs.



Robby and his wife, Katy, live in McLean, Va. with their two sons. He is a member of the Young President's Organization and volunteers in his community as a Youth Leader and Personnel Committee Chairperson at Little Falls Presbyterian Church and through support of the Alexandria Seaport Foundation. In his free time, Robby enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
